Is your system acting slugish and/or just plain acting up? We can cure your problems quickly and for a very reasonable price, but there's also a few things that you can do to cure the problem and protect your system from these problems in the first place. Below are a few tips that we suggest for all computer users.

  • NEVER open attachments in your email, especially if you don't know the person that sent it. Even friends have been known to forward some "cute" message that turns out to be infected though so just delete messages that look suspicious.
  • NEVER click on a link in an email, especially if it looks like it's from Ebay, Paypal, or any bank. These messages are called "phishing" emails and they want you to enter your account information so they can steal it. No legitimate company will ever send you such an email.
  • NEVER click on any popup message that tells you that it found a problem with your system and if you "click here" it will fix it. First off, they can't inspect your system online, much less actually find and fix any problems. This is a sure way to get multiple infections at once!
  • Avoid "shady" sites where you can download free music, software, movies, ect.  Think about the type of people you are dealing with and if you'd like to trust them with your computer.
  • Avoid anything that is "free and cute" such as weather utilities, screensavers, fixit type utilities, and pointer or sound packages. Do you really think these programmers spent countless hours to create these programs just to make you happy? They are always loaded with spyware at the very least.
  • Install good antivirus and adware/spyware programs, and keep them updated. We only suggest Spybot and Adaware to handle your spyware needs. None of these programs are very useful though unless you keep them updated.
  • Avoid adult sites completely, especially any free ones. Again, think about the type of people you're dealing with and if you trust them with your computer. If you really need to get your adult fix, there are plenty of safer options out there.
  • Clean your system fans on a regular schedule. Most hardware failures are heat related and your fans collect alot of dust even in the cleanest enviroment. A cool computer is a happy computer!
  • Use a quality surge protector for all you computer equipment. Systems cost too much to trust to a $10 surge protector.
If you find yourself unable to fix your problems, we are here to help. We offer a complete system overhaul service which includes cleaning the system, formatting the hard drive, installing your operating system, and tweaking your system for better performance and security. This entire system costs only $90 and your system will be back to you quickly. Turn around time is usually 1-2 days from start to finish.
